Supplies

• Cloth napkin
• Heart confetti (It's helpful if it already has a hole in it. If it doesn't you will need to punch them with a hole punch or needle.)
• Ribbon
• Pair of scissors

Instructions

1. String one of the hearts onto the ribbon. Make sure you leave room at the end of the ribbon to tie it around the napkin later.
2. Tie half of a knot in the ribbon, just once around, to the heart. This will keep it in place.
3. String more hearts and tie the ribbon to them. Try to make them fairly close together. That way you can fit more hearts on. For this one, I used only 5 hearts.
4. Fold your napkin and then tie the ribbon around it. You can either tie a ribbon in the back or a knot. Just don't make it too tight, so you can still remove them easily from the napkin for use. Also, center your hearts on the napkins to they are all showing.
5. Now you can set a beautiful table for Valentine's Day for your special someone!
