• Wooden frame from the craft store
• Paint
• Paint brushes
• Ribbon
• Pair of Scissors
• Paper
• Craft punches
• Craft glue
• Staple gun or stapler
• Hammer
• Nails

Instructions

1. Take a wooden frame and set it on news paper or something that can be painted.
2. Paint your frame black or any color you choose. You may need 2-3 coats to get it the right color.Be sure to let the frame dry thoroughly.
3. Cut a piece of craft paper in any color the right size to fit in your frame. These frames probably won't have any glass in them.
4. Then, using your craft punches, punch out shapes in a different color to place in the frame. Glue these pieces to the other paper you have cut to fit your frame.
5. Place the paper with the punches attached to them inside the frame and close the metal grabbers on the paper to hold it in place.
6. Next cut a piece of ribbon the length you want. I cut my ribbon about 24 inches.
7. Then tie a knot or bow in the ends. This helps you find the middle of the ribbon for hanging.
8. Attach the ribbon using the staple gun or stapler. If you fold it this way, it helps the ribbon hang straight.
9. Using your hammer and nails, place a nail where you want the frame to hang. Hammer in the nail and hang the frame from the ribbon.
